We collect NO personal information. The YT TV Channels extension operates entirely within your browser and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

Data Storage

The extension stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's storage APIs:

TV Channel Configurations: The groups of YouTube channels you create
Watch History: Which videos you've watched (per TV channel)
Feed Cache: Temporarily cached YouTube video information for performance

This data is stored locally in your browser and can be deleted by removing the extension or clearing browser data.

Data We Access

The extension accesses only:

Public YouTube RSS Feeds: To fetch video information from channels you've added
YouTube Page Content: To extract channel information and add convenience buttons (only when you grant permission)

We do NOT access:

Your YouTube account information
Your personal YouTube data (subscriptions, history, etc.)
Any data from other websites
Your browsing history outside of YouTube

Third-Party Services

The extension uses:

YouTube RSS Feeds: Public feeds provided by YouTube (no authentication required)
YouTube Iframe API: For video playback (standard YouTube player)

No other third-party services, analytics, or tracking tools are used.
